At Kids 4 Jump, we understand that weather can be unpredictable. That's why we offer a flexible Rain Policy to give you peace of mind when planning your event.

If It Rains

✔ Full Refund
If severe weather prevents your event from taking place, you may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund.

✔ Free Rescheduling
Prefer to postpone your event? We'll gladly reschedule your rental at no additional cost, subject to availability.

How the Rain Policy Works

• You must notify us at least 12 hours before your scheduled delivery time.

• We verify weather conditions using trusted forecasting services such as The Weather Channel or AccuWeather.

• Once the equipment has been delivered or installed, the Rain Policy no longer applies, and the rental is considered complete.

Important

This policy applies only to severe weather conditions that make it unsafe to operate inflatable equipment, including heavy rain, thunderstorms, or high winds.

Cancellations for any reason other than qualifying weather conditions will be handled according to our standard cancellation policy.
